VINIFICATION<\/h3>\n

Traditional fermentation after crushing; long (around 3 weeks) fermentation to extract colour and aroma: malos completed in cask; maturation in french oak barrels (1\/3 new bak).<\/p>\n

CONSERVATION<\/h3>\n

To be drunk within 8 years. The wine can, however, take on an enticing spiciness with age.<\/p>\n

COLOUR<\/h3>\n

Deep, dark but brilliant garnet.<\/p>\n

BOUQUET<\/h3>\n

Hint of vanilla overlying ripe, fruity aromas; background bouquet is more complex offering flares of leather and cedar.<\/p>\n

FOOD PAIRING<\/h3>\n

Elaborate meat dishes, poultry, strong flavoured cheese.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
\nRipening moderately late the lauded Cabernet-Sauvignon is to be found in all the great red wine-producing regions – with the exception of Burgundy. It produces wines with deep colour and rich body and tannin which will always bode for longevity.<\/p>\n
