Description
VINIFICATION
The grapes are gently pressed upon arrival at the cellar. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures in order to preserve freshness and aromatic expression.
CONSERVATION
To be drunk in the spring following the harvest or within 2 years.
COLOUR
Bright pale gold colour.
BOUQUET
Aromatic notes of ripe white fruits and white flowers with subtle buttery hints.
PALATE
Fresh and balanced palate with soft acidity and a light mineral finish.
SUGGESTIONS
Ideal with shellfish, grilled fish, poultry and creamy dishes. Best served at 10–12°C.
