Traditional vinification under controlled temperatures to preserve the aromatic richness and floral expression of the Viognier grape.
CONSERVATION
Best enjoyed young to appreciate its floral freshness and fruit intensity, but can be kept for up to 2 years.
COLOUR
Bright pale gold with golden highlights.
BOUQUET
Intense floral aromas with notes of acacia, hawthorn and ripe stone fruits such as apricot and peach.
PALATE
Round and generous palate with ripe fruit flavours balanced by freshness and a smooth elegant finish.
SUGGESTIONS
Perfect with exotic cuisine, grilled fish, white meats and creamy cheeses. Best served between 10 and 12°C.
